anyways , so umm i kinda need a species of snake that is small , no longer than 1foot long when full grown!
any suggestions?

wow i don't know of any that only get a foot long, but the tank only really needs to be about half the length of the snake. Snakes usually stay coiled up in a corner or whatever most of the time
