What would you prefer?

If you had the choice of living in a three bedroomed large house on a council estate or a terraced 2 bedroomed house within walking distance (5mins) of a town centre which would you prefer? The three bedroom is on a quiet road and is near schools and public transport (bus/tram) but is further to a train station. The two bedroom has a train line at the back of the house but the double glazing blocks out all noise, but double-decker buses drive down the small road that it is on and the main road nearby can be heard from the house, but not overly loud. Both houses have double glazing and central heating. The two has a small 10ft yard and no front garden, the three has a large 100ft back garden and fairly big front garden. The three has a drive way, but no dropped curb, at the two bedroomed house there is little space to park but there is a possibility of gaining a permit. The rent and council tax are the same price. Mortgage is not an option. I would be living alone.

What would you prefer?
i preffer the two bedrooms one i like it more modern neway council state is too dangerous and booring now at days
Reply:If I had the choice i would definitely choose the two bedroom house. why? first you would be living alone plus its a walking distance away from the town! pop in and out whenever i choose. transportation is at the back and the front of the house! plus its not overly loud! wow! 10ft yard with no front garden? no prob i would just get lovely pots of flowers and place them randomly about bthe place. although there is little parking space i would try to get that permit.

but thats just me hope i helped tk!
Reply:I'd go for the terraced 2 Bed if i was you.
Reply:I'd opt for the 2 bed near town, much better for shops and other convniences. Plus council estates aren't al ways that nice. Plus up keep of the larger garden will be very time consuming.
Reply:Rent the 3 bed and rent two of the rooms out!
Reply:Go for both and decide after a similar time spent in both.
Reply:the two bed it would be different if you had children i would def say the three bed for the space
Reply:Without a doubt, the 3 bed house. Its in a quiet location, its much larger, got a fabulous size garden and a drive!
Reply:lived at both types i recommend the three bed and have friend over regularly
Reply:What I would like to know is how you got access to a 3 bedromed Council house if you are living on your own. If you lived in Leeds, that house would go to a family, with children, in urgent housing need?
