Where do I go from here...?

we have some very tall trees at the back of where I live and one has fallen in next doors garden with all this wind..... and there is one overhanging in my back garden ..they come right from the main road all the way down the back of our houses....we have been in touch with the land registry ...they said nobody owns them....I have phoned the council they said they belong to the community centre on the main road....the chairman of the community centre came out to look... and said they are dangerous....he came back again a couple of days later and said they did,nt belong to them...so where do I go from here.....

Where do I go from here...?
ok so if one blows down and kills you or one of the Neighbourhs N o will will take resopsablilty for it Go to citizens advice and they maybe able to find out who is resposiably for the trees ..Dont wait till its to late ,,, sound like someone is passing the buck
Reply:Call the local council (Environment Dept) and speak to the Tree Warden or Tree Officer. Insist they come out and survey the trees as they are a danger to the public - they are usually very helpful. The trees may be in a conservation area or have a tree preservation order on them - again, the Tree Officer will know. Good luck :-)
Reply:If it's really dangerous, don't wait for anyone.Call the workers and clean it.(you may cost in some extent but it is the easiest and the best way to do).
Reply:call city or county office, where you live
