Reply:Best schools are generally in Cardiff North, Cardiff South is not as affluent. The most expensive areas are Lisvane and Cyncoed. Next look at Rhiwbina, Lakeside, Whitchurch, The Heath, Penylan and Roath. ￡150k wont get you much in a nice area of Cardiff unless you go for an ex local authority house.
